Perfect spot. Can bring your own drinks to the pool. Super close to the Mall for cheap breakfast and $2 bloody Mary’s at Blondies! Staff was friendly, rooms are huge, great view from the 19th floor. 3 elevators for short wait time. There is free grills in the roof by the pool you can cook food outside.

This is not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel. Polo Towers are probably at the end of their useful life. At least this is the impression one gets from the dingy rooms and old carpets in the corridors. Elevators are slow and not made to capacity. There is no breakfast, but the location is convenient for access to the Strip.

Cons: area under construction, queen Murphy bed suite not comfortable, no restaurant, needs a little updating Pros: book the king one bedroom suite. Has a full kitchen and very roomy and comfortable. Staff, especially Ruthe, very helpful. Great location across from Miracle Mile that has lots of fun restaurants.

I just checked in Polo Towers, a Hilton property. We paid for a balcony. Here’s a picture of what we got, and they refuse to make it right. 1 persons can barely stand on it. Do not Do not Do not stay here. Worst hotel experience ever. Oh and they will try to sell you a timeshare when you walk in.

The hotel is in a good location for the casinos and shops. Polo towers is very dated and in need of refurbishment. I think they should have done this while the building work was going on next door. I was given a letter when I checked in informing me of the construction. As the letter mention the building work did start every morning at 6am. Room was a good size with a balcony and kitchenette. Bedding was well worn and bobbly. Rooftop pool are was great.
